Ladies This week as part of post natal training. we are incorporating weights to build up the strength as well as core engagement while we are lifting weights. This is going to be helpful, while we lifting up our babies and lifting heavy weights at home. Let’s celebrate each other 🥰 Start with just 2 min of basic exercises.  So it will be sustainable for long run and not overwhelming for you. You can slowly add more time if you need/ want to in time. This is how I feel some days and I say these things to myself. If you are going through something similar, this might be helpful.
